The NOVO Foundation, founded by Peter and Jennifer Buffett, has reportedly given $56 million in grants during the fiscal year 2008.
The foundation is focused on working towards bringing women out of poverty, promoting healthy child development and alleviating cases of gender-based violence throughout the United States and across the world.
